Our Constitution

September 30th 2006

• All members must be registered with the club
  
  
• Your membership card will be the authority to vote at General Meetings.
  
  
• Only registered members may be elected to the Executive Committee.
  
  
• Executive Committee to be elected on an annual basis at the May meeting each year.
  
  
• Executive Committee to consist of the Club President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary.
  
  
• Club President cannot hold office for more than 1 year consecutively, both the Treasurer and Secretary positions are eligible for re-election indefinitely.
  
  
• The Executive Committee shall call meetings as, and when, required.
  
  
• The Executive Committee shall manage the affairs of the Club.
  
  
• The Executive Committee shall have the power to impose suspensions, or issue warnings, to members found guilty of misconduct, while attending meetings or representing the Club in any capacity.
  
  
• As a member club in the Amalgamation of Northern Ireland Supporters Club’s, we believe in the IFA philosophy of “Football for All” and therefore no racist or sectarian remarks will be tolerated.
  
  
• All members must conduct themselves in an exemplary manner during meetings, while representing the club at functions or on official trips to games and must not carry on displays of bad feelings of any sort, to other members, or non members of whom we may come in contact with.
  
  
• No member shall fall behind in arrears any longer than six month.
